What to Include in Your Request

The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Please include:

• Your name, phone number and email
• Your moving or service date, and whether it’s flexible
• The city or area you’re moving from and to
• The type of service: local move, long-distance move, appliance delivery, hot tub move, furniture set-up, junk removal, storage, or insurance and restoration contents
• The size of the home or job, such as a one-bedroom condo, a three-bedroom house, or a single appliance
• Access details at both ends: stairs, elevators, long driveways, slopes, gates or tight spaces
• Any large, heavy or specialty items, like pianos, safes, hot tubs, gym equipment or artwork
• Whether you need packing, packing supplies or storage
• For appliance deliveries, whether you’d like the old unit hauled away ($30.00), and whether you need us to install it or do a water hook-up (extra charge)

Photos help a lot, especially for hot tubs, junk removal and tricky access. If you can’t attach them on the form, just mention you have them and we’ll tell you where to send them.

How Our Pricing Works

• 2 Movers: $180/hr
• 3 Movers: $230/hr
• 4 Movers: $300/hr

Transparent hourly rates with no hidden fees. A fuel surcharge may apply depending on distance. Your final quote comes after we’ve assessed your move.

What Happens Next

After you send the form, we’ll review your details and reach out by phone or email to confirm anything we need and give you your quote. For bigger moves or contents jobs, we may suggest a walkthrough first.
