What is included

• Site assessment: we walk the loss with the adjuster or project manager and sort salvageable from non-salvageable contents
• Photo documentation: every room is photographed before anything moves, plus each item, its condition and any damage
• Digital inventory: each item is logged in an inventory app with a description, room, condition, box number and barcode label, visible live to the adjuster
• Non-salvageable list: total-loss items are photographed and itemized for the claim, and disposed of only with adjuster approval
• Pack-out: room-by-room packing, wrapping and labelling, with high-value items, electronics and documents handled separately
• Transport and secure storage: contents go to clean, secure, climate-controlled storage, tracked by box and room
• Contents cleaning: hard goods cleaned and deodorized, with specialists coordinated for electronics, textiles and artwork
• Reporting: regular status updates to the adjuster and project manager, with a full chain-of-custody record
• Pack-back: once repairs are done, everything is returned, unpacked and each room set up to match the original photos
