The move between the Okanagan and the Coast is one of the most common long-distance moves in BC. Whether you’re leaving Vancouver for the Okanagan lifestyle or heading from Kelowna to the Lower Mainland for work or school, All Day Delivery x True North Movers handles the whole trip with our own trucks and crew.
We move people from the Okanagan to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, the North Shore and the rest of the Lower Mainland, and from those communities into Kelowna, West Kelowna , Vernon , Penticton and the rest of the valley.
Getting between the Okanagan and the Coast means crossing the mountains, usually on the Okanagan Connector and the Coquihalla Highway. These roads can change fast, with snow, closures and steep grades, especially in late fall, winter and early spring. We plan timing and routes around the conditions, load the truck so everything rides secure on the grades, and keep you updated if weather affects the schedule.
Lower Mainland moves often involve high-rise buildings with booked elevators and loading docks, permit or street parking rules, and busy traffic. We’ll ask about access at both ends so we can plan arrival times, bring the right crew size and keep the move efficient. If your building needs a certificate of insurance or a move-in booking, let us know when you book.
Our crew rates are 2 Movers at $180/hr, 3 Movers at $230/hr and 4 Movers at $300/hr, with no hidden fees. On a move this distance, a fuel surcharge may apply depending on distance and fuel costs. We assess your move and give you a final quote before you book.
