Salmon Arm and the Shuswap are a popular move for Okanagan families and retirees, and a lot of people come the other way too. All Day Delivery x True North Movers is based in Kelowna, and we handle moves and appliance and furniture deliveries between the Okanagan and Salmon Arm with our own trucks and crew.
From Kelowna, the route runs north through Vernon and Armstrong and on to Salmon Arm through Enderby or over Highway 97B. It’s a regional trip, so we plan the timing around road conditions, especially in winter. Moving on toward Revelstoke or Alberta? We’re used to the Trans-Canada too.
Salmon Arm covers a lot of ground. There are homes around downtown, Hillcrest and Raven, lakeside areas like Canoe, rural acreages out toward Gleneden, Silver Creek and Ranchero, and summer and year-round places around Shuswap Lake in Sorrento, Blind Bay and Sicamous. Lake properties and acreages often mean gravel roads, long carries and tight access. Tell us what we’re working with, and we’ll bring the right truck. That might be the 3-ton or pickup for tight spots, or a 5-ton for a full house.
Our All Day Delivery service brings new fridges, ranges, washers, dryers and dishwashers to Salmon Arm homes, from local stores or wherever you bought them. Delivery to Salmon Arm is $400. On the way, Armstrong is $280 and Enderby is $300. That rate includes delivery of the first 2 pieces, uncrating, placement and taking the packaging away. Each additional piece is $25.00, laundry stackers count as 2 pieces, and haul-away of your old unit is $30.00. We always take the old unit away, so it doesn’t end up in your garage.
We also deliver furniture and mattresses in Salmon Arm. Call us with what you bought and where it’s going, and we’ll give you a price before we book.
Moves between the Okanagan and the Shuswap are quoted after we look at what you’re moving and the access at both ends. Our hourly crew rates are on our pricing page , and a fuel surcharge may apply depending on distance. Also moving to Kamloops or further? See our long-distance moving service.
