All Day Delivery is the delivery side of All Day Delivery x True North Movers. We’re based in Kelowna, and we deliver appliances for homeowners and local retailers all over the Okanagan. Here’s how it works, and exactly what it costs.
How appliance delivery works
- Tell us what you’ve got. Call or email us with the appliance (or appliances), where it’s being picked up, and the delivery address. Mention anything tricky, like stairs, a tight hallway or a basement suite.
- We confirm the price and book a time. Prices come straight from our posted rate sheet, so there’s no guesswork.
- We deliver, uncrate and place it. Every delivery includes uncrating, placement where you want it, and taking the packaging away.
- We take the old one. If you have an old unit to get rid of, we haul it away. You won’t be left with a dead fridge in the garage.

The general pricing rules
- First 2 pieces included in the town rate above.
- Each additional piece: $25.00.
- Laundry stackers count as 2 pieces.
- Removal / haul-away of an old unit: $30.00.
A few examples of how that adds up, using only the rates above:
- A new fridge delivered in Kelowna: $100.
- A new fridge delivered in West Kelowna, plus haul-away of the old fridge: $100 + $30 = $130.
- A fridge, range and dishwasher delivered in Penticton: $180 for the first two pieces + $25 for the third = $205.
- A stacked washer-dryer in Vernon (counts as 2 pieces): $250.

Tips for a smooth delivery
- Measure first. Check the appliance’s height, width and depth against every doorway, hallway and stair turn on the way in, not just the spot where it’s going. Fridges 36″ and wider are the ones most likely to need a door off.
- Clear the path. Move rugs, furniture and anything fragile out of the route, and make sure the space where the appliance goes is empty and clean.
- Get the old one ready. Empty and defrost the old fridge or freezer the day before, and drain the old washer if you can. Wet floors and full freezers slow everything down.
- Know your hook-ups. Tell us if the new unit needs a water line or a different plug. Our crew can install it and do the water hook-up for an extra charge. Ask us for a price.
- Strata buildings: Book the elevator and loading area for your delivery window.
What about furniture and mattresses?
All Day Delivery also handles furniture and mattress delivery around the Okanagan, from a single sofa to a full bedroom set. Furniture isn’t on the appliance rate sheet, so call us with what you’ve bought and where it’s going, and we’ll give you a price before we book. We can also handle furniture assembly once it’s in the door.
